Q: Are your classes for everyone?
A: Simply put, yes. Most classes are in timed increments. This means that you just need to do the best that you can do in the allotted time.
Q: I'm older but still want to workout. What class would be ideal for me?
A: The classes intensity levels may vary at times. Your fitness level will determine where you need to start. I recommend contacting us to assess where you should start.
Q: Your workouts appear to be hard. Are you sure I can do this?
A: Yes!!! All fitness levels can be accomadated. Remember, it's you vs you, not you vs the class. All I ask is that you give me the best you. All fitness levels welcome.
Q: How do I go about booking a team training session?
A: Team/group training can be booked under the shop category. I recommend calling in advance as sometimes there are open time slots that may not be listed.
Q: How much weight can I lose in 1 month?
A: The actual number can vary for several reasons. Genetic differences, nutritional habits, work ethic, just to name a few. On average, clients lose anywhere between 7-13lbs in a month. I want to remind you though that fitness is not a race, its it's a journey.
Q: Will this help me with "toning"?
A: Yes. "Toning" is simply attainable by losing body fat and gaining lean muscle. All programs are built upon these principles.
Q: (Women) Will lifting weights make me look bulky?
A: No. Women do not naturally produce enough testosterone to look bulky. However, you will gain lean muscle and reduce body fat, which in turn, gives you amazing curves.
